This Week at the Music Tree: Ian Frazier

Ian Frazier, a native of Long Beach, Calif., teaches guitar at the Music Tree. He studied Music Psychology at California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and worked for the Long Beach Unified School District before moving his musical talents to South Louisiana.

In addition to the guitar, he plays saxophone with local bands the Rakers and the Jazz Souls and performs his original music as St. Frantic. Drawing from over twenty years of performance experience, Ian’s lessons are custom designed to fit each of his students unique musical interests while also building a strong foundation in theory and technique.

He is a board member of the Regional Arts Council of Zachary. RACZ supports art education and the visual and performing arts in and around Zachary. Activities include concerts,competitions and community events.

The Music Tree, located in Zachary, La., is dedicated to offering professional music instruction in an atmosphere conducive to learning. All of our instructors are professional musicians and teachers. We offer private lessons in piano, guitar, voice, violin, cello, trumpet, tuba, drums and saxophone for children and adults.
